Buying lingerie without trying it on can feel a little risky, however we are here to make the return process as seamless as possible to ensure you find your best fit.
Returns Policy
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and free from marks, scents, or any visible signs of wear.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or bodysuits unless the item is deemed faulty.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Faulty items that have been worn, washed, or otherwise used may not be eligible for return.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
We offer exchanges and store credit for eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
Your first exchange is free of charge. Any additional exchanges will be at your own expense.
If your requested exchange is unavailable, we will issue either a store credit or refund.
Store credits are issued via email as a unique code and remain valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
Exchanges or store credits requested more than 14 days after delivery may require return postage to be paid by the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are available on full-price items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must meet our return conditions to be eligible for a refund.
If you choose to use our return label, a $9 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. You are welcome to return your item using your own preferred postal service instead.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout and may take 2–5 business days to appear in your account once processed.
Returns are processed within 2 business days of being received and approved.
AFTERPAY RETURNS
Orders placed using Afterpay may be returned either in full or partially, subject to our standard return conditions.
If you return only part of your order, the value of the returned item will be deducted from your remaining Afterpay balance.
If your return is processed before your first Afterpay installment has been paid, the returned item will be removed from your payment schedule and you will not be charged.
If you have already made payments towards your order, eligible amounts will be refunded and any remaining installments will be adjusted accordingly.
If you choose to use our return label, a $9 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please continue making any scheduled Afterpay payments while your return is being processed, as Afterpay may charge late fees on overdue payments.

AUSTRALIA
FREE 14 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you return your item within 14 days of receiving the package we will cover the postage costs for an exchange or store credit. Please note we do not accept returns on underwear or bodysuits for hygiene reasons under the Australian Consumer law.
Europe
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us or submitting a return request through our returns portal.
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items should be returned in their original condition with tags attached where possible. You may inspect items as you would in a retail store; however, we reserve the right to reduce the value of any refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and fit.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and bodysuits with an intact hygiene seal may be returned within the applicable withdrawal period. Underwear and bodysuits that have had their hygiene seal or protective liner removed, or that show signs of wear, are not eligible for return unless faulty.
CUSTOMER RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless otherwise required by law. You may use our return label service, in which case the applicable return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, or you may choose your own postal carrier
REFUNDS
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Where a valid right of withdrawal has been exercised, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item(s) together with the original standard shipping charge paid for the order.
Additional shipping costs arising from express or upgraded delivery options are not refundable.
Refunds may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or until proof of return has been supplied.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are eligible for return and refund in accordance with the EU right of withdrawal described above.
