Buying lingerie without trying it on can feel a little risky,  however we are here to make the return process as seamless as possible to ensure you find your best fit. 

FREE 14 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS.

If you return your item within 14 days of receiving the package we will cover the postage costs for an exchange or store credit. Please note we do not accept returns on underwear or bodysuits for hygiene reasons under the Australian Consumer law. 

RETURN CONDITIONS:

- Items must be returned in original condition. Unworn, unwashed with tags attached. 

- We do not accept returns for underwear or bodysuits for hygiene reasons. Unless deemed faulty.

- We do not accept returns on sale items

- If you believe your item may be damaged or faulty, contact us immediately. We will not accept returns on faulty items if they have been used, worn, or washed.

- All returns are processed within 2 business days from receiving your request.

- Store credit is issued with a unique code to use at checkout, this will be provided via email once we receive your return. This will be valid for 2 years. 

- Any exchanges requested when we do not have the stock will be issued as a store credit or refund. 

- We offer one free exchange,  any after that will be at your own cost. 

- We offer exchanges and store credits up to 30 days after purchase but once past the 14 day mark postage will be at your own cost.

REFUNDS:

- We offer refunds on full price orders within 14 days of you receiving your items.

- If you use our return label we will deduct $9 from your refund to cover costs, otherwise you are welcome to return the items with a postage service of your choice.

- It may take 2-5 business days for your refund to clear into your account depending on your payment method.

- Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment you used at the time of purchase.

- Underwear and sale items are not eligible for refunds.

- Shipping fees from the order will not be refunded.

REFUNDS WITH AFTERPAY:

When you place an order using afterpay, you will have the option to return either one or all of the items ordered for a refund.

- If you do choose to only return one piece, that item will be deducted from the total owing on afterpay. 

- If you decide to return your item for a refund before you have paid your first installment, the items will be removed from your account and you will not be charged. 

- If you have already made payments when returning the garments, those amounts will be refunded and the rest of the installments will be removed from your account.

- If you use our return label we will deduct $9 from the refund for use of the label. 

- It is important to stay up to date with your payments even when your return is in transit as afterpay will charge late fees for any overdue payments.
