We are always happy to assist if there are any issues with a lost or stolen package, however once delivered it is then the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We will not cover any costs that may incur for this. 

When placing an order with us it is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address and details are correct. If you input incorrect details and your package is sent to the wrong address we will not be liable and will not refund your order. If a package is returned to us for incorrect details we will issue you a store credit minus the postage and handling fee.
