We are always happy to assist if there are any issues with a lost or stolen package, however once delivered it is then the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We will not cover any costs that may incur for this.

When placing an order with us it is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address and details are correct. If you input incorrect details and your package is sent to the wrong address we will not be liable and will not refund your order. If a package is returned to us for incorrect details we will issue you a store credit minus the postage and handling fee.

International parcels are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes begin once your tracking number becomes active. Some remote areas may take a little longer.

Duties & Taxes
We now offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to select regions. This means all duties, taxes and import fees are calculated at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.

For all other regions, your parcel may be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). In these cases, your local customs authority may request payment before delivery. If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties, return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from any refund or store credit provided.

Dispatch:
All orders — domestic and international — are packed with care and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Pre Order:
Occasionally, we offer certain pieces on pre-order so you can secure your size before stock arrives.

If your order includes a pre order item, the full order will be shipped once that item becomes available. This helps us keep shipping costs manageable as a small business.

If you’d prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, we’re happy to arrange a split shipment, however an additional shipping fee will apply for the second package.

Any estimated pre order arrival dates will be noted on the product page. Please keep in mind these dates are approximate and can sometimes shift slightly.

By placing an order for a pre order item, you agree to these terms.

Uncollected Parcels:

Once your order has been shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and collect the parcel within the carrier’s collection window.

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to Mane Intimates, this is not considered a standard return and does not automatically qualify for a refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any additional shipping fees to resend the parcel will be the customer’s responsibility.

Once the parcel has been returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. The new shipping label must be paid for before the order is sent again.
